Food & Allergen Information
Our products are made in a facility that handles common allergens, including but not limited to milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. While we take precautions to minimize cross-contact, we cannot guarantee that any product is free from allergens. Ingredient information may change without notice. Customers with allergies or dietary restrictions should contact us prior to ordering.
Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
SECTION 6 – ORDER ACCURACY
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information.
SECTION 6A – LOCAL DELIVERY & PICKUP (PERISHABLE GOODS)
We offer local pickup and local delivery only. Due to the frozen and perishable nature of our products, customers are responsible for timely pickup or being available during the delivery window selected at checkout.
Once an order has been picked up or delivered, risk of loss transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for quality issues resulting from delayed pickup, missed deliveries, incorrect addresses, or products left unattended. Products must be stored in a freezer immediately upon receipt.
PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS
Promotions and discounts are subject to change and may not be combined unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to limit promotions by product, quantity, customer, or time period.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.

REFUND POLICY
Due to the perishable and frozen nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for ice cream or frozen goods once they have been picked up or delivered. Refunds will not be issued for melted or softened products resulting from delayed pickup, missed deliveries, incorrect delivery information, or improper storage after receipt.
If there is a verified issue related to order accuracy or product quality, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery at info@idasartisan.com with your order number and details. Approved resolutions may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

This policy applies to both individual and corporate catering orders unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Ordering
All orders are placed online. Product availability may vary based on seasonality and production capacity.
Local Pickup & Delivery
We offer local pickup and local delivery only. Please arrive on time for pickup or ensure someone is available to receive deliveries during your selected window.
Storage
Our ice cream must be placed in a freezer immediately after pickup or delivery. We cannot guarantee product quality once it is in the customer’s possession.
Allergens
Our products are made in a facility that handles common allergens, including dairy, nuts, and gluten. We cannot guarantee allergen-free products.
Final Sale
All frozen products are final sale. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours so we can assist appropriately.
Corporate & Catering Orders
For corporate, catering, and institutional orders, we recommend confirming quantities, flavors, and timing in advance. Large or custom orders may require additional lead time and written confirmation.
